The water line break was repaired and we had the gazebo roofs replaced this week just in time for our opening day this weekend!

 

Swimming is one of the many joys of summer, and we hope you're able to make good use of the community pool. While we want to make sure all our residents and guests have fun in and around the water, our top priority is safety. Please take note of the pool rules, and follow them to help keep everyone safe.

Initial Pool Membership fee is $250.00 There is no charge for children ages 3 and under Official Pool Closing: Monday, September 3rd Pool Hours: Open 7 days a week from 10am-9pm (subject to change for bad weather) All pool members will receive a 10% FOOD ONLY discount for the duration of the pool membership. All members MUST present pool identification card to their server to receive the discount. Member discount is valid for member only.

 

 

• “EVEN” numbered addresses are permitted to irrigate on TUESDAYS. 
• “ODD” numbered addresses are permitted to irrigate on THURSDAYS.

 

 

At it's January meeting, the board approved a policy resolution for compliance with recent changes to the Texas Property Code regarding open board meetings and notice requirements to Association members for regular and special board meetings. The law change also provides for electronic voting in Association elections.  To receive electronic notice of  board meetings or to vote electronically in Association elections, owners must register an email address with the Association office. Please download the  EMAIL REGISTRATION FORM and return it to the office if you desire to receive board meeting notices and or wish to vote electronically in the next Association election.
